Nucor hikes dividend for 43rd consecutive year
Nucor (NUE) will raise its quarterly dividend by 0.7%.
Dividend Aristocrat Nucor will increase its quarterly dividend to $0.375 per share.
The manufacturer of steel products has increased its regular, or base, dividend for 43 consecutive years - every year since it first began paying dividends in 1973. Reflecting the Nucor team's success in building our company's long-term earnings power, the base quarterly dividend has increased five-fold over the past ten years. Over this same period, Nucor has returned approximately $6.7 billion in capital to its stockholders in the form of base dividends, supplemental dividends and share repurchases.
Currently Nucor has an indicated dividend yield of 3.6%.
