Dover hikes dividend for 61st consecutive year
Dover (DOV) will raise its quarterly dividend to 44 cents per share, marking 61 years of consecutive annual dividend increases.
Following this latest dividend increase Dover has an estimated dividend yield of 2.4%. The stock has gained 18% this year, following double digit losses in both 2015 and 2014.
The increased dividend will be paid on September 15, 2016 to shareholders of record as of August 31, 2016.
Last year Dover raised its dividend by 5 percent.
