Dividend Aristocrat Becton Dickinson raises dividend for 48th year

Dividend Aristocrat Becton Dickinson (BDX) will raise its 2019 quarterly dividend to $0.79 per share.

This marks the 48th consecutive year of dividend increases for the medical technology company.

The Board of Directors of BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) (NYSE: BDX) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.79 cents per common share, an increase of 2.6 percent from the previous quarter.  The dividend will be payable on December 31, 2019 to holders of record on December 10, 2019.  The indicated annual dividend rate for fiscal year 2020 is $3.16 per share.
