Universal Health Realty Income Trust hikes dividend by 0.7%
Universal Health Realty Income Trust (UHT) will raise its quarterly dividend by another 0.7 percent to $0.71 per share. This marks 35 consecutive years of dividend increases by the health care REIT.
Universal Health Realty Income Trust announced today that its Board of Trustees voted to increase the quarterly dividend by $.005 and pay a dividend of $.71 per share on June 30, 2022 to shareholders of record as of June 20, 2022. A new annual rate of $2.84 per share for UHT yields 5.4% at a stock price of $53.17 as of June 9, 2022.
