Commercial Metals hikes dividend 14.3%

On October 11, 2022, Commercial Metals Company (CMC) declared a $0.16 per share quarterly dividend, up 14.3% from the previous dividend of $0.14 quarterly per share. A new annual dividend rate of 64 cents yields 1.6% at a stock price of $42.49.

CMC's 232nd consecutive quarterly dividend will be paid on November 10, 2022, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 27, 2022.

Commercial Metals Company and its subsidiaries manufacture, recycle and fabricate steel and metal products and provide related materials and services through a network including seven electric arc furnace ("EAF") mini mills, two EAF micro mills, one rerolling mill, steel fabrication and processing plants, construction-related product warehouses, and metal recycling facilities in the U.S. and Poland. Commercial Metals Company, established in 1915, has been paying a dividend every year since at least 1964.
