The biggest gainer was oil major Exxon Mobil, benefiting from increased oil and gas prices in 2022. The worst performer was VF Corp, being pulled down in the negative sentiment for consumer stocks.

Lowe's (LOW) announced the biggest dividend in 2022 with a 31.3% increase. For Lowe's this marked the 61st consecutive year of dividend growth. The Average dividend hike for all 64 Aristocrats in 2022 was 6.5% with Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) announcing the smallest increase of 0.5% in 2022.
