Peoples Bancorp of North Carolina pays special dividend

On January 20, 2023, Peoples Bancorp of North Carolina (trading symbol PEBK) declared a special cash dividend of $0.15 per share. The regular quarterly dividend for PEBK is $0.18 per share and was last raised on February 18, 2022 and yields 2.2% at a stock price of $32.98.

The 15 cent per share special cash dividend will be paid on February 15, 2023 to shareholders of record on February 3, 2023. The ex-dividend date for the PEBK special dividend is February 2, 2023. Last year the company also paid a 15 cent special dividend.
