Microsoft hikes dividend by 9.7%
On September 20, 2022, Microsoft (MSFT) declared a $0.68 per share quarterly dividend, up 9.7% from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.62 per share. Last year MSFT hiked its dividend by 10.7%.
This marks 20 consecutive years of dividend increases by the technology company. The dividend is payable Dec. 8, 2022, to shareholders of record on Nov. 17, 2022. The ex-dividend date will be Nov. 16, 2022.
