Autoliv hikes dividend by 2.9% in 2024

Autoliv, Inc. (ALV), the worldwide leader in automotive safety systems, will hike its quarterly dividend by 2.9% to 70 cents quarterly per share in 2024. The dividend track record improves to 3 straight years of increases.

The next ALV dividend will be paid on December 20, 2024 to shareholders of record on December 3, 2024. The dividend yield is 2.7% at a stock price of $100.90. Last year the dividend was hiked by 3.0%. Autoliv will pay an annual dividend of $223 million to all shareholders combined. 

Autoliv, Inc. is a supplier of automotive safety systems. The company manufactures and markets protective systems, such as airbags, seatbelts, steering wheels and pedestrian protection systems for all major automotive manufacturers in the world. The company's shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (ticker ALV) and the Swedish Depository Receipts on Nasdaq Stockholm (ALIV sdb). Autoliv had paid a dividend to shareholders every year since 1997 before suspending the payment in 2020.
