United Bancorp hikes dividend by 1.4% (4th hike in 2024)
United Bancorp Inc (UBCP) will hike its quarterly dividend by another 1.4% to $0.18 per share in 2024. This is the fourth increase announced by the bank this year. The track record is 12 consecutive years of increases for UBCP.
The increased dividend will be paid on December 20, 2024 to shareholders of record on December 10, 2024. The new annual dividend yields 5.3% to UBCP shareholders at a stock price of $13.69.
In the previous quarter UCBP also hiked the dividend by 1.4%, being the third dividend hike by the bank holding company in 2024. The total dividend hike in 2024 now stands at 5.9%.
United Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company with a single wholly owned subsidiary, Unified Bank, based in Martins Ferry, Ohio. Unified Bank serves customers across northeastern, eastern, southeastern, and south-central Ohio, as well as the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia, including Marshall County.
