Dividend Aristocrat oil major Exxon Mobil (ticker XOM) will hike its dividend by 4.2 percent to $0.99 per share quarterly in 2024. This will mark 43 consecutive years of dividend increases by XOM.
Exxon Mobil did not announce a dividend hike in 2020, ending a streak of annual dividend increases announced by the company. Based on calendar years and looking at total dividend per share paid every year the dividend streak did not stop in 2020 with XOM now raising the dividend for 43 consecutive years.

Exxon declared a fourth-quarter dividend of $0.99 per share, an increase of 4%, payable on December 10, 2024, to shareholders of record of Common Stock at the close of business on November 14, 2024.
