Realty Income hikes dividend by 0.2%

Realty Income has announced its 5th dividend hike in 2024 with a new 0.2% increase to 26.4 cents monthly. The new dividend will be paid on January 15, 2025 and marks the 5th increase announced this year. The dividend yield for O is 5.7% at a stock price of $55.34. The real estate company has raised the dividend 30 consecutive years.
