The Board of Directors of JPMorgan Chase & Co. declared a quarterly dividend of $1.40 per share on the outstanding shares of the common stock of JPMorganChase, an increase from the prior quarterly dividend of $1.25 per share. The dividend is payable on April 30, 2025, to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 4, 2025.
