Qualcomm hikes dividend by 4.7%
Qualcomm (QCOM) will hike the quarterly dividend by 4.7% to $0.89 per share in 2025. This marks 22 consecutive years of increased dividends. The dividend yield is 2.3% at a stock price of $158.
Qualcomm Incorporated announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the company’s quarterly cash dividend from $0.85 to $0.89 per share. This increase will take effect for dividends payable after March 27, 2025, bringing the annualized dividend payout to $3.56 per share. At a share price of $157.95, this translates to a dividend yield of 2.3%.
Cristiano Amon, President and CEO of Qualcomm Incorporated, said, "We are pleased to announce an increase in our quarterly dividend. Given our long-term growth expectations we provided at our 2024 Investor Day, we remain committed to returning capital to stockholders through a balanced capital return policy, including a baseline of anti-dilutive stock repurchases, and an annualized dividend target of low- to mid-single-digit percentage growth."
